Master classes can be as short as one and a half hours, however many take place over a series of weeks with follow up work and mentoring support in between.

Keynote Speeches
As a renowned Scottish entrepreneur Norma has spoken nationally and internationally with audiences large and small. She has been involved in everything from launching new projects for digital communications in the Scottish Parliament to speaking to Women in Business in the city in London. She has been invited to speak in Singapore in front some of the world’s renowned educationalists and worked in Hong Kong with head teachers helping them to understand how to create confidence in students.
