Since May 2008 I have added to my life experience by studying, trialing and testing, reflecting and modifying my work to arrive at a business and personal development approach that works and it relevant to our modern times.

I am loving what I do and work for me is fun . However I can honestly say that I am not only achieving success in business but in my personal life and that is what I want to share with you.

My formula for change is simple- we need confidence and knowledge . We all have confidence but it comes and goes at different times and in different areas in our life.
