Tidalfire- provides training and electronic documentation solutions. The owners Ted Osuch and Louise Scott are well respected as Adobe specialists and well liked as a training provider resulting in a healthy repeat business following.
Now Ted and Louise wanted to introduce a scalable product offering into what had been almost totally a training company. They set themselves the task of launching the Eforms Factory which captures business data online through eforms ( electronic forms)
It’s a timeious innovation as in this period of cost restraint the eForms Factory is able to offer its clients a way of reducing costs yet increasing efficiency . Not only that but there is faster distribution, an increase of speed in processing, no need for postage making it an environment saver as well as a cost saver
