“Appetite for Change” was a programme designed for Secondary and Primary School Head Teachers to fall in line with Curriculum for Excellence which has been designed to achieve a transformation in education in Scotland by providing a coherent, more flexible and enriched curriculum from 3 to 18.

- Examining of Head Teachers unconscious drivers and what role they played in individual leadership styles
- Performance management through a graphic display of performance and potential
- Succession planning for rising talent within the school staff
